Germantown Townhall is inviting Germantown artists to submit original artwork for a series of outdoor panels to be displayed along the historic Germantown Townhall exterior fencing.
The theme for this project is COMMUNITY. Artists are invited to interpret what community means to them through their own experiences and connection to Germantown.
Four original works will be selected for the project. Each selected artist will receive a $500 honorarium for their artwork and participation.
Artists should submit a brief bio, a statement about the meaning behind their original piece, their connection to Germantown, and a high-quality digital image of the original artwork they would like considered for display at Germantown Townhall.
The artwork submitted should be the actual original piece the artist would like considered for the installation, not a proposal or concept.
